      Some of the profits help those with disabilities. Co-workers were great Got my birthday off and some holidays Paid vacation and sick pay for almost everyone

      Top down management style Very low pay for every one but the CEO. Poor training Constant threats of being fired

      Pros

      Great manager and team members. Flexible work schedule and easy workplace. I am familiar in local community and its work culture.

      Cons

      Slow response from Goodwill hiring management. Even though their career website have available job positions in locations where I live nearby, but I wish I get response from hiring management to have an interview and move forward with hiring process.
