      No Pro. This is a very toxic and negative place to work. Unfortunately management all the way to the top are very incompetent and have zero leadership ability or qualities.

      Pros

      Great manager and team members. Flexible work schedule and easy workplace. I am familiar in local community and its work culture.

      Cons

      Slow response from Goodwill hiring management. Even though their career website have available job positions in locations where I live nearby, but I wish I get response from hiring management to have an interview and move forward with hiring process.
