      I was so excited to work for an an organization that openly supported and empowered people with disabilities. This is a mask and is used for financial gain. Practice what you preach! It's so sad at how toxic and far up the toxic culture in this company goes. Stay away

      Pros

      Great manager and team members. Flexible work schedule and easy workplace. I am familiar in local community and its work culture.

      Cons

      Slow response from Goodwill hiring management. Even though their career website have available job positions in locations where I live nearby, but I wish I get response from hiring management to have an interview and move forward with hiring process.
