Pros

I personally liked most of the people working there, which made the job more fun. Also, they covered my college tuition, which is why I stayed so long.

Cons

They were short staffed when it came to cashiers, so we’d have these long lines and rushed with little help. Also, they could not listen to my scheduling request. Despite being a part timer, they made me work 5 days a week, including Friday-Sunday, even when I kept on asking to go down to four days with one weekend day off.

Pros

There is not a single "pro" to be listed.

Cons

The entire corporate office is beyond ignorant. Completely out of touch with reality, price gouging customers trying to raise profit margins for the non profit. Everyday at any second one call from corporate and there is a change to how everything has to be done, usually causing more issues only to blame people who had nothing to do with their ideas. They don't let the store manager be a store manager.. in fact, I'll sum up everything you need to know in one sentence.. they went as far as to install systems to remotely control the thermostat from their comfy corporate office. Imagine not just the employees but the customers constantly complaining. That is how out of touch with reality they all are.
