      Good pay for most folks. 2 hours of breaks in a 12 hour shift.

      Cons

      YOU GET ROBBED PAY!!! 4 on, 4 off paid weekly. For 4 wks you get paid for 48, the next 4 you get paid for 36 even though you work 48!

      Pros

      Salary 20-30k higher than local manufacturing companies. Benefits are close to 98% covered by the company. New Occupational Health Physicians on site to track and monitor exposures and fitness for duty which shows they care about the health and safety of their employees. Tuition Reimbursement Company prefers to promote from within

      Cons

      Required to wear a respirator (Not easy in the Florida Heat) and required to participate in monthly blood draws (Not easy if you are not a fan of needles)
