Pros

Good pay for most folks. 2 hours of breaks in a 12 hour shift.

Cons

YOU GET ROBBED PAY!!! 4 on, 4 off paid weekly. For 4 wks you get paid for 48, the next 4 you get paid for 36 even though you work 48!
