Management shifted without warning. What was once OK was deemed to be unacceptable. Initially, a very lax environment that turned hostile quickly. Was never made aware that OT could be earned and had worked over 40 hours a week for months. Was finally given the OT but I hadn't been formally tracking so it was less than I deserved. Lots of gossip amongst departments and branches. My manager called other departments stupid and idiots and slammed branches when we're supposed to be a team. Unrealistic expectations from management.
