Pros

Supportive coworkers, decent benefits/vacation time, average pay. Good work/life balance.

Cons

Middle and upper level management are out for themselves and have no problem back stabbing their employees or other managers/supervisors. Sales is the most important aspect of the company. If you are not in sales, you are a cog in the machine and just another number to them. I hope you like your job when you start there, because they never give out promotions and the yearly reviews are a joke. The management is only allowed to give a certain very small percentage of employees the top raise levels, so the majority of people are stuck right in the middle and are given the impression that the best you are doing is only average. They also took away everyone's Christmas bonuses and downgraded the yearly Christmas party to a pizza and soda party so they could give that money to charity, aka give themselves a nice tax write-off.

Don't Ever Work Here!

Pros

I met some wonderful people and have made lasting friendships here, but that is the only nice thing I can say about this place.

Cons

The treatment of employees and customers is terrible. Management is absolutely horrible. There is no direction, things are constantly changing, management does not care about employee well-being and paying them a decent wage. The expectations are so outrageous and ridiculous that they are impossible to achieve no matter how hard you try. The morale is constantly low, and everyone in the department that I worked in wanted to/has quit. Apparently this happens every year or so and they can't seem to figure out that they're the problem. I have seen this company take wonderful people and completely destroy all of their hope, self-confidence and mental and physical health. There is no respect for the hard work that the employees are constantly doing, and to top it all of, even if you leave on a good note, try your hardest, and take the high ground, they will still give you bad reviews and try to sabotage your professional career (yes, they really did this to me). Don't ever work here!

Pros

It all seems nice and friendly when you first arrive in this company.

Cons

You realize quickly that you are expected to bring in $600K - $800K to make the money they want you to make for them. Do not be fooled there really is no salary, you get paid on a draw and without any decent house accounts unless you are incredibly fortunate it is nearly impossible for a new employee to make up anything close to what's needed. When you do make it it will be sucked back by them through what you owe them. Management favors only long term providers and attitude of one member of the Flesch family is reprehensible at the very least. Stay away from this company, its all mouth and no action, unless you are indeed using your mouth for something they might find purposeful.
