Family Owned Company and it shows. Forward thinking and invest in the future, both people and technology. Paid Overtime.

Cons

Micro Management. Segregated Departments. Lack of incentives for high performing employees. Sales Team gets treated like a star quarterback while the rest are just linemen. Had to call and request my vacation payout multiple times after giving them more than a 14 day notice of resignation(Was someone was mad I left?!).
