Unrealistic expectations for workload/documentation with ‘homegrown’ EMR. Locum’s documentation is inadequate (copy & paste without modifying, hospital FU visits not documenting reason for hospital visit or progress/current status) but accepted because completed in a ‘timely’ fashion. Extremely high turnover of providers and some staff. No work-life balance.
