      money is decent. summers off, easy location at rowan

      management is needs a rehaul, no training for positions, only cooks can get OT without getting into trouble, nights are tough

      Their starting pay is above the minimum wage, overtime is easy to get, and they have many different opportunities.

      Management is a little disorganized. The turnover rate is high, leaving long hours to work or a mandatory 6-day work week.
