-Salary increases and promotions are few and far between. -Management of the company is very "top-down." -Facilities are outdated and minimally maintained. -Top managers and directors are rather clueless. Company uses a "next man up" approach to filling vacancies. Turn over is very high with top managers leaving within 12 months of hire. -Problems with simple solutions linger for years. -Difficult to acquire needed resources. Profits are not reinvested in the programs that generate them. -Top level managers and directors violate company policies with impunity. No oversight.
