Poor benefits, no promotions or salary increases due to belief that these should apply across all employees or not at all.

Pros

The staff is very hard working and would like to see things succeed.

Cons

It was a wonderful training organization when it was controlled by the USDA. It has been losing a million dollars a month for over a year. The top leadership runs the board, and no one seems to care if a business plan exists to improve sales. This is the second college the CEO has allowed to go down the tubes. Don't be sucked in.
