Pros
Competitive (not top tier, but competitive) compensation and benefits. Gym onsite & decent cafeteria that's usually a little more affordable than takeout. Mostly great coworkers.
Personally enjoy work-life balance. Internal mobility is there, in abundance, but it's not highly visible or equitable and you'll need your leader's blessing so hustle and get a sponsor.
Cons
Principles plastered everywhere aren't commonly demonstrated. Do the right thing? :/
Everything else is variablly dysfunctional by team or department: days in office, accountability, effort, rewards, infrastructure/tools, workload, budget. Sales-centric org where the rest of the company is 10-20 years behind most modern orgs in structure, performance management, employee experience, skills based L&D, peer recognition, continuous improvement, etc.
