Pros
Initially i thought the pay was good until TMs received a 22% raise starting and lower management was given 0. I understand the need for Team members, and agree they should make more, but they lose incentive to grow and produce within the company when many turn down leadership promotions because they make more as hourly team members.

Pay your lower leaders more.
