Everything is the sales person's fault, no real customer service department, no support from executives, no communication between departments, no notice when policies change

Thank you for your feedback! We're glad to hear you're enjoying the culture, coworkers, and training opportunities. We appreciate your input on areas for improvement, especially around communication, PTO, and team-building events. Your suggestion for quarterly all-hands meetings is valuable, and we're considering ways to enhance transparency and collaboration.
We’re always working to refine our benefits and processes, and feedback like yours helps guide us. Thanks again for sharing your thoughts—we’re committed to making the company even better!
Small-company vibes (thought it just got bought by a large private equity company). Staff members in the various all depts seem to put their best in serving the customer. They understand that you're there to do a good job then go home and respect you in that.
Cons
It's a small / medium retailer with a large emphasis on sales, so the jobs available are mostly sales / warehouse gigs. There's not a lot of lateral or vertical moves in the company unless it's in the same dept. However, the managers I've talked to are supportive of lateral moves, there's just not a lot of positions available at any given time due to the size of the company.
