Small-company vibes (thought it just got bought by a large private equity company). Staff members in the various all depts seem to put their best in serving the customer. They understand that you're there to do a good job then go home and respect you in that.

It's a small / medium retailer with a large emphasis on sales, so the jobs available are mostly sales / warehouse gigs. There's not a lot of lateral or vertical moves in the company unless it's in the same dept.
