They teach a wonderful lesson that could be applicable to life itself. The pay was decent if you were given a proper schedule.
Cons
They take advantage of the people who are affected by this lesson, and drive you into exhaustion without considering a raise in equity. At the end of the day, this lesson is only a guise for saving money. Expect to sit and eat once in a 16 hour shift without a manager breathing down your neck. Blame is thrown every which way but to who it belongs to, and thats because everyone is managed with fear rather than love. There was one front of the house manager from chicago, she was really good, the others were cut-throat. The head chef in the back of the house was the only other manager that actually cared about their employees.
