Pros

Nice people to work with on your shift. Decent pay if you have a degree. Lots of overtime if you want it.

Cons

Upper management does not care if things break or don't work. Certain shifts get treated unfairly. Turn over rate is high.

Pros

This company seems to put effort into onboarding during the first couple of days. There are some really talented people working here. There is a soda machine.

Cons

The culture demonstrates a lack of trust between management and the team. Continuous improvement is not encouraged and will be considered threatening. The general scheme is to be complacent, and accept that is how GRAM does things. Also be prepared for assignments that make no sense and ambiguous expectations. Please watch out as validation employees work A LOT of off shift schedules as they need 24/7 coverage. You could very much be assigned to work third shift for an entire month.
