Pros
Great benefits and a very relaxed, friendly work environment. The previous reviews are highly bitter and inaccurate. The company is young and has grown very rapidly over the past few years, causing (shocker) some growing pains. Yes, there has been some periods where lots of overtime was required to reach our goals, but this is not unique to this company. The overtime was never an unexpected venture and the managers worked very hard with their teams to make it as painless as possible. Those times are also very few and far between. As we grew, everyone had to work together to make our processes/systems grew with our rapidly expanding business - which is a difficult thing to tackle, but the company has a great group of people making it happen! There is absolutely zero borderline unethical practices happening here. That statement was overly dramatic in the last review. People here genuinely care about the work they do and EVERYONE works together to ensure we're producing a good, quality product. Departments have their disagreements with each other, but it's never at the expense of the product. If anything, this company is highly conservative, especially QA - but that's not a bad thing. Frustrating at times, yes, but everything works out in the end. This company is so insanely flexible with its employees. The staff are treated well and given plenty of opportunities to advance in their careers within the company. The company is very pro hiring from within and it's wonderful! They are also incredibly open with their employees. We are all aware of our plans to expand in the future, how we're doing financially, and what clients we're looking to bring on board next.
Cons
Nothing really. It's a growing company with big plans for the future. It's exciting to see our potential for growth with each passing year.
Of course growing so fast has its downsides, but nothing life-altering.
