Pros

I cannot think of anything good to say.

Cons

If one of the most important part of your life - your job - becomes excessively stressful and starts impacting your well-being, mental health and family life, what will you do? Simple answer is find a better employer and take care of your well-being. Because this employer will NOT take care of you in any way. They have unpredictable and often unproductive work schedules which are mainly driven by the whims of few in the top management staff. For about a month or 6 weeks, they wanted staff to ‘volunteer’ time over weekends and holidays. Overtime was offered but these repeat requests are unwelcome difficult to ward off. Plus the terrible work culture never ends and management never improves. Operations is never off the hook. Other management departments try to micromanage everyone and then blame the ones who actually work. If you escalate such bad behavior of seniors, HR comes after you citing ‘anonymous’ complaint calls on their so-called helpline number. You can do your job well, work hard and try to improve a professional set-up. But it’s impossible to bear the blames, mistreatment of yourself and other innocent and hardworking people. And the way people got back at each other! For instance, a week before their quality manager quit this company, they straight rejected any and all documents sent for approval - not given even a chance to fix or rework on the stuff before creating ton of rework for entire teams. Never recommend this company to anyone.

Pros

This company seems to put effort into onboarding during the first couple of days. There are some really talented people working here. There is a soda machine.

Cons

The culture demonstrates a lack of trust between management and the team. Continuous improvement is not encouraged and will be considered threatening. The general scheme is to be complacent, and accept that is how GRAM does things. Also be prepared for assignments that make no sense and ambiguous expectations. Please watch out as validation employees work A LOT of off shift schedules as they need 24/7 coverage. You could very much be assigned to work third shift for an entire month.
