Seems to be going downhill in corporate culture - Quality Assurance Grand River Aseptic Manufacturing Employee Review

Pros

Recently had hybridization taken away from all employees so no more pros. Decent health benefits I guess.

Cons

Cancelled hybridization/remote work, company culture has gone into a downhill spiral. Feel less like a person at work now, compared to when I was hired and it felt like the company cared about the employee.

Pros

This company seems to put effort into onboarding during the first couple of days. There are some really talented people working here. There is a soda machine.

Cons

The culture demonstrates a lack of trust between management and the team. Continuous improvement is not encouraged and will be considered threatening. The general scheme is to be complacent, and accept that is how GRAM does things. Also be prepared for assignments that make no sense and ambiguous expectations. Please watch out as validation employees work A LOT of off shift schedules as they need 24/7 coverage. You could very much be assigned to work third shift for an entire month.
