Pros
They provide fully furnished housing for a deduction in 3 bedroom apts. and you get your own room. It's important because THERE IS NO REASONABLE HOUSING OUT HERE (it's a resort/vacation property rental area). Although the mgt team in housekeeping was new, they pulled off a highly successful summer 2017. They are very accommodating with the schedule and that's great for old people that have a lot of DR appt's. There is a bonus at the end of the season, free tickets to concerts, discounts to everywhere, team builders to Yellowstone, season-long recognition program giveaways. The owner is visibly active at the resort but is very approachable and down-to-earth. The people that work there are cool and treat you with respect. It was a good experience!
Cons
The handful of problems they had were the direct consequence of having a new unseasoned mgt team (feast or famine supply ordering, too many employees transferred to property Mgt for the incredibly busy day after the music festivals on the mountain) . They pulled it together throughout the summer quite well and were able to keep the vast majority of the staff on and morale up=success.
