Pros

Lots of ski benefits if you are an avid skier. Other positions offer more ski time while the lifts are running.

Cons

The front desk of the hotel at the resort when I worked there was a mess. They have a really hard time retaining employees. Management does not stick around long enough to make a difference.

Great Place to ski, good community, relatively affordable.

Cons

Below average pay relative to industry standards across multiple departments. Poor communication/effectiveness of HR to provide employees with timely, accurate and supportive measures. The owner/GM is not fit to lead and/or communicate/operate a "world-class resort". In almost 25 years of working in the outdoor/customer service industry, his demeanor is by far the most unprofessional/disrspectful and appalling I've encountered. Whether you are looking to begin a career in this industry or looking to advance, I would highly discourage employment at this resort.
