Pros

Free ski pass and there are a lot of positions that give you plenty of time to ride( not so much food and bev) The housing is really nice and cheap You meet amazing people working here Good benefits for seasonal work

Cons

Little unorganized Low Pay Can be demanding hours depending on staffing in ur department

Pros

Great Place to ski, good community, relatively affordable.

Cons

Below average pay relative to industry standards across multiple departments. Poor communication/effectiveness of HR to provide employees with timely, accurate and supportive measures. The owner/GM is not fit to lead and/or communicate/operate a "world-class resort". In almost 25 years of working in the outdoor/customer service industry, his demeanor is by far the most unprofessional/disrspectful and appalling I've encountered. Whether you are looking to begin a career in this industry or looking to advance, I would highly discourage employment at this resort.
