Pros
I have a job.... not much else to site.
Cons
- would rather skimp and save money hiring talent outside of the states with limited to no overlapping working hours than hire domestically - for a company who acquires a new company every year, there is almost no process for doing so - quarterly meetings held by leadership pushing AI on all employees - not interested in career growth or development, just the cheapest way/person to get the job done - no interest in customer service/support, losing customers due to the 2-3 week response time for simple questions
