Many! 1. There was no individual to mentor or coach. I was left completely on my own 2. Whenever I asked for help, my manager humiliated me. She was abusive and told she does not have time to solve my queries. I was just staring out in Salesforce and she was expecting myself to know it all 3. There was no forum or channel wherein I could voice out or have an open communication 4. When I spoke to her manager about this behaviour, he rather took her side and started spreading wrong facts about myself In short, what I got was a very cold and hostile environment at Grazitti. There was a clear lack of leadership and my manager's major focus was to make the timesheet look good. There was a complete lack of team spirit and having a mutual sense to grow. I regret at having joined Grazitti in the first place
