Subpar Employer - Anonymous employee Great Lakes Cheese Employee Review

High Favoritism, High stress, overwork all employees, Claim to be a family company, however, that’s furthest from the truth. They may be owned by a family, but they do not care about your family. No 401k. There is an ESOP program, but you need to work 20+ years to see the value. Very few Holidays off. Extremely poor vacation schedule. All job tasks are boring, repetitive & employees are severely isolated from feeling like they are a part of a team. The only culture here is- the culture in the cheese.
