Pros

Employee stock ownership program is phenomenal. Lifers retire as millionaires. Hourly wage competitive for Plymouth area.

Cons

No work/life balance. You will be working Saturdays as well as Sundays around the holidays. Unable to make any plans. Upper plant management is atrocious. Hard to keep up with policy changes and decisions are made without logic. They truly work against their employees. Morale and job satisfaction is very low.

Pros

ESOP is nice if you plan to spend your entire life in the plant, like literally every waking moment.

Cons

Mandated overtime all the time, terrible HR policies that change from day to day, and corporate leaders who love nothing more than making terrible strategic decisions and taking zero accountability for the adverse results. They chased more talent out of this company than I’ve ever seen.
