Pros
I had 5 different supervisors in 16 months. Any review I was due for raise I had to ask and was reviewed by supervisors that knew nothing about me. Upper management was leaving to go elsewhere along with head of Safety, and even production manager on 3rd walked out. Supervisors that had been there 10 plus years left and started new at new company. Be prepared to work overtime with no warning. Was working 4 12 hour shifts then two 8 hours then switched to less but had to work a LOT of Saturdays. If third shift it’s sanitation so get ready to work Friday and Saturday nights and if the orders aren’t done the machine will run most of the night and will be forced to stay sometimes until noon on Sunday after the machines are washed and assembled for Monday first shift. No incentives for referrals. Good benefits for the most part and profit sharing after a year. If you don’t plan on staying on 3rd don’t even start on third. It took months to get off after my health was struggling. I had to threaten to leave after 6 months of being patient for them to put me on 3rd. But if you like third. It’s the best Crew! Good money but poor management and HARD on your body if your on the shred machines.
Cons
Read above. Poor upper management lack of family work life balance
