Great Plains is an organization that lives its mission, vision and values every day. Best team I have been a part of in my entire career

The smaller market, low unemployment and being the only healthcare provider in the region make it a challenge to find great team members.

Pros

Benefits were good and people are amazing.

Cons

It is healthcare, so 365/24/7 - while the admin people work business type of hours, there are still circumstances when you need to be there at different hours. Plus, there are no guaranteed paid holidays meaning you take PTO.
