      Pros

      Benefits were good and people are amazing.

      Cons

      It is healthcare, so 365/24/7 - while the admin people work business type of hours, there are still circumstances when you need to be there at different hours. Plus, there are no guaranteed paid holidays meaning you take PTO.

      Pros

      I’ve been with this organization for over two years, and it’s been a rewarding experience. The company genuinely cares about both patient outcomes and employee wellbeing. The benefits package is comprehensive, including excellent health insurance, competitive PTO, and solid retirement matching. Leadership is transparent about company goals and challenges, and there’s a real sense of purpose in the work we do every day. The team culture is collaborative, and I appreciate how much emphasis is placed on work-life balance. Professional development opportunities are available, and the company invests in continuing education for those who want to grow their skills.

      Occasionally, communication between departments could be better, but this seems to be improving with new systems being implemented
