Pros
Good team of coworkers. Pay is just ok. Flexible scheduling (if you ask far in advance). Some great leaders mixed in with not-so-great leaders. A real mix of leadership depending where you work (offices off-site have the best teams/leadership).
Cons
Some management were initially placed in their positions not because of their qualifications or leadership skills, but of their ability to befriend higher-up team members. Scale of discipline are not balanced. Certain team members would get away with workplace violations while other team members would be disciplined for the same violation if they weren't "in" with the right crowd. There was a lot of accepted bullying at the peer level between many coworkers, again, discipline based on the preference of team members involved. An air of arrogance/importance amongst many of the leadership. Major conflicts of interest within community/investments.
