Pros
Great coworkers, great company and pay. However, this specific plant, management in my department would look the other way instead of handling situations. They wouldn't be compliant with standards. Leads and management with no QA experience is the root of the problem. Other than that the company pays well and has really good benefits compared to other jobs. Days and night shift works Monday through Thursday so 3 day weekends were nice.
Cons
Lack on communication from superiors and lack of training in a lot of departments. I repeatedly asked for tools needed to do my job but the males in the team were provided with everything and i was provided with nothing to do my job not even a measuring tape. When i asked for training, i was given a perfect score on my review to shut me up so i wouldn't ask for training. Also a lot of people that work here have a record or are still doing time in jail but are on work release. Cons and excons still gotta work but that is up to you to decide if thats the environment you want to be in as a female I encountered multiple uncomfortable situations with harassment
