Pros

If you're starting out the mandatory overtime will help you save quite quickly, easily attainable good paying job just moved to Kansas and back home I was working 2 jobs about to go homeless now I live in a house with a wife and kid working just one job great plains did that for me so thats a pro i think

Cons

Not too much training you need to be able to pick up quick or you will be left behind.

The pros to working for Great Plains include the following. (4) day work week. Good facilities to work in. Good benefits including 401K. Knowledgeable people to work with.

Cons

The cons associated to Great Plains include the following. Micro Management by supervisors and managers. No room to advance a career. Unrealistic goals set by top management. Volatile industry. Poor communication through the company.

*Upermanagment is unrealistic. *Puts new policies in then blame the employee when it takes time to implement said policy *Does not promote from with in. *I have the wrong last name
