Pros
The company is always looking for ways to improve and ways to better serve its members. Management is talented and appreciative of the work that employees do. Great work-life balance. Headquarters is top-notch with a gym and cafeteria. Benefits and salaries are excellent. Simply put, the best job I've ever had, and it's not even close.
Cons
As others have mentioned, there is limited room for advancement as the organizational structure is pretty flat. The bonus of this, however, is that employees are given a lot of responsibility.
