Pros
Fun projects and great people to work with. The main campus has wonderful meeting spaces to meet with customers and outside vendors with fabulous in-house cafeteria and the building is LEED certified with natural light. (but it shines directly into your eyes during a few weeks each spring and fall)
Cons
Manager promoted me within the department, then same manager put me on probation for "not meeting expectations". I was gone within a year. I was there a total of 5 years. It was a really weird experience. HR department was difficult to work with and lied (didn't tell the whole truth) to the unemployment insurance office. The company touts its high ethics - but I did not find that to be true.
