Pros
Progressive, entrepreneurial company with a great future in a dynamic industry. The energy industry is going to be the next 'internet economy' in terms of its growth but it will obviously be different because of the essential services that utilities provide. It will undergo more change in the next decade than it did in 100 years but because of the strong, forward-thinking leadership at Great River Energy, the company is well positioned to thrive and succeed in that atmosphere.
Cons
The PTO policy is mediocre. Additionally, it can be difficult to progress through the organization because of the way that some departments are set up.
