Pros
GWL will lure you in with a semi reasonable wage, but this company will make you suffer in every other way possible as justification for that meager sum.
Cons
On day one you are admitted into corporate culture brainwashing class, where HR drags you through the most insufferable training program ever devised. In fact this training program is so diabolically awful that I'm convinced it was prepared by the Devil himself. I've had over fifteen corporate jobs where they force you through this exact type of online training, but GWL is by far the most tedious. You'll be begging to be put out of your misery old yeller style by the end of the first eight hour shift of being dragged through this corporate puke. The only reason I can fathom that anybody still works here is that the corporate culture at GWL has killed any sense individuality, hope, or dreams for the future that their workers may have. I used to wonder what the purpose of my life is, but now thanks to GWL I don't have to worry about it anymore! I was born to stand here on this line and cook fries! Thank you GWL! The work environment is so horrible at GWL that I would rather go back to full time at my second job getting paid $11 an hour, than try to sustain my position at the snake pit of doom that is GWL.
