Pros
The girls at the sorority are so kind and I learned a lot about managing a kitchen and working with different diets
Cons
Insane work schedules that can flip at a moment's notice. 60+ hour work weeks. They pile more work on their chefs as they make promises outside of their contracts with the houses. Management fails to notify Chefs of small complaints until the house is directly calling upper management. Hired with promise of 9-5 day with 1 hour break but ended up working sometimes 12 hour days with no break. No sick leave support/ chastised for becoming ill. Constantly accused of coming to work late/leaving early because of my age. The amount paid for salary versus the amount of work you end up supplying is not worth it.
