Pros
GT has some great people working there. The pay and benefits are decent.
Cons
The new executive leadership team needs a lot of work. They don’t realize that coming in and making so many swift changes, while making everyone fearful that they are losing their jobs, does not promote a healthy work environment. There are clicks and if you are not in them, you feel it daily. You have to really push push for promotions in this organization. Somebody needs to let the executive leadership team understand that while changes and holding people accountable is a very good thing for a leadership, the way you go about it promotes a distrusting workforce. I believe in the company and the family that own Greene Tweed. But hiring a president who comes in and forces everyone out of the leadership role to get an entire new leadership team just creates a lot of chaos, uncertainty, and mistrust among employees.
