Great support, work/family balance, & patient oriented staff.

Staffing struggles at times since Covid shutdown.

Supportive RD and regional manager (though overworked)

Increased push to meet unrealistic productivity, concurrent and revenue expectations while decreasing travel reimbursement and increasing cost sharing of CEU’s (which used to be a covered benefit). Annual raises, if present following multiple emails to “remind” company of annual review, do not meet minimal cost of living increases.
