Greenfield Rehab excels in providing an exceptional experience for not only their patients and partners, but their employees as well. Strong leadership support that is knowledgeable and passionate about providing the best care for their patients. Team oriented and diverse range of clinical skills/support available for both new and experienced therapists.

Cons

Nothing that I can think of to share as a negative.

Supportive RD and regional manager (though overworked)

Cons

Increased push to meet unrealistic productivity, concurrent and revenue expectations while decreasing travel reimbursement and increasing cost sharing of CEU’s (which used to be a covered benefit). Annual raises, if present following multiple emails to “remind” company of annual review, do not meet minimal cost of living increases.
