Workload can be overwhelming, but satisfying once completed.

The work is interesting and engaging. Provides opportunity for travel. Provides opportunity to develop skills in a small team setting. Coworkers are supportive. Provides excellent networking opportunities. Allows for remote working.

Contractual obligations were not met - management used delay tactics instead. 60-80 hour work weeks are expected but never appreciated. Project management is sloppy and can be overbearing. Too unfocused - takes on too many projects at once without sufficient timetable. Focused too much on sales and not enough on project quality/employee well being. Inconsistent vision. Overall morally questionable.
