Pros

Work-from-Home option is consistent and reliable Job stability if you just want to work and collect a salary Suitable for those who prefer routine work without expectations of growth

Cons

The only consistently positive aspect of this company is the Work-from-Home option. Beyond that, the experience has been disappointing. Despite strong performance and consistently delivering excellent results, salary growth is below average. Performance ratings rarely reflect actual contribution — even when exceeding expectations, the feedback remains “meets expectations.” Employees are expected to exceed 125% of targets, yet the company often adjusts goals throughout the year and reduces incentive eligibility, making it extremely difficult to earn bonuses. Annual increments and quarterly incentives have been repeatedly reduced under cost-cutting measures. There is little to no room for career growth or internal movement. I haven't seen meaningful promotions or IJP activity for years, primarily because there are barely any open positions to grow into. Innovation or proactive improvement is not encouraged. Employees who genuinely want to enhance processes or workflow efficiency often find their ideas dismissed due to limited capability or resistance to change, especially from IT teams. Management changes frequently — almost every year — and with each shift, policies and workflows are overhauled. This usually results in inefficiencies, and after several months, the company ends up reverting to the original system. This cycle has repeated multiple times in the last four years, causing instability and confusion. If your goal is personal and financial growth, this company is not the right place. However, if you are looking for a stable WFH setup and are comfortable working long hours (9–12 hours a day) without meaningful career progression or recognition, this environment may suit you. Below-average salary and very poor increments No recognition or reward for high performance — even strong contributors often receive “meets expectations” Targets increased multiple times a year, making bonus eligibility unrealistic Frequent cost-cutting affecting incentives and annual raises No real career growth opportunities — IJPs and promotions are rare to nonexistent Limited learning exposure and no support for innovative ideas Employees who try to improve workflow or processes are discouraged IT team lacks capability, making improvements difficult to implement Management changes almost every year, leading to constant shifting of processes New policies often fail and eventually revert back after months of inefficiency Long working hours (9–12 hrs/day) common despite WFH Overall environment does not support growth, initiative, or career advancement

Pros

Decent benefits, including unlimited PTO. Many of the individual contributors and lower-level team members are great to work with and genuinely care about doing good work.

Cons

Leadership is a major weakness. There is very limited career growth, compensation appears to be well below national and local market averages for similar technical roles, and bonus or compensation growth has been minimal. Strong work is often praised verbally but not meaningfully reflected in pay, advancement, or opportunity.
