- Work From home - Pays well if you work well. - Really good vision of the product line and promotes really good usage of AI tools. - Decent HR policies.
Cons
- Extremely bad work life balance. People end up working almost every weekend. And add bad job security to this. Be prepared for a wave of lay offs every 6-12 months. - In certain cases, favoritism is clearly visible, especially from India leadership. - Though the product line talks about AI and automation workflows, it's clearly being built upon legacy technologies, which doesn't help much. - Though the vision is excellent, the execution strategy has been equally bad without any proper planning. The plan keeps changing frequently without any specific changes in the deadline, causing huge quality issues. - Extremely unrealistic commitments to the clients. - More focus on process than on the product itself.
