Pros

100% remote - may be only one of the few companies following working from home diligently, competative healthcare industry experience

Cons

Recently they've rebranded the company with a new logo and product name. Ultimately, clients don't care how your product looks with new design, but they look for features that make sense to them and doesn't break once in few mins. Product is legacy, old code and product team don't want to change that. Adding AI (new nice and fancy thing in IT now) won't help further. Clients look for features that will make their life easy and application shouldn't break. India office is busy building training center by hiring college freshers left and right just to keep 2 people their job (everyone knows who). It is becoming more like a training center with youngters walking around the office (they made them mandatorily to come to office 3 days a week). Regular layoffs hurt everyone, restructuring is a new buzz word in IT and at Greenway, it's been always there. There is a new leader in US who thinks he is very agressive and take decions on the fly (of course he comes from Sales background). Merely using bad words in meetings and showing your anger doesn't make you agressive. Prove your worth by doing something that makes company and clients happy.

Pros

Decent benefits, including unlimited PTO. Many of the individual contributors and lower-level team members are great to work with and genuinely care about doing good work.

Cons

Leadership is a major weakness. There is very limited career growth, compensation appears to be well below national and local market averages for similar technical roles, and bonus or compensation growth has been minimal. Strong work is often praised verbally but not meaningfully reflected in pay, advancement, or opportunity.
