Poor Leadership, Endless Firefighting, and a Burnout Culture - Product Manager Greenway Health Employee Review

Greenway Health has easily been one of the most exhausting and poorly managed companies I’ve worked with. Leadership feels completely disconnected from the reality employees deal with every day. Planning is chaotic, priorities change constantly, and teams are expected to absorb the fallout through endless workload and weekend work. Burnout feels normalized instead of addressed. What’s most frustrating is that product decisions rarely seem driven by actual customer feedback or meaningful data. Instead, features and priorities appear heavily influenced by internal stakeholders and top-down opinions, which creates products that often miss real user needs. There’s very little sense that employee wellbeing matters when deadlines slip because of poor planning. The expectation simply becomes: work longer, sacrifice weekends, and keep pushing. The culture right now feels unsustainable, demoralizing, and deeply frustrating for anyone hoping to do thoughtful, impactful work.
