Pros

As stated well in another review, it really can be a great place if you're not looking for a career and in a place to accept a lower salary. You will get ALOT of experience, especially after the recent round of layoffs that dismissed many of our most experienced/well-paid people. That really is worth alot, as long as you're willing to leave later. Some products are still the best in the marketplace. There are still some great people, though you shouldn't get too attached to them with the current post-layoff exodus. There's a 401k match and some free food.

Cons

A lot of dead ends. Another CEO who can talk a lot but say very little. Low salaries, demanding jobs. The main campuses kind of hate each other. Everyone hates sales but someone decided it was a good idea to email the entire company every time someone made a decent sale. Currently, morale is at a record low and cynicism very high. We've had layoffs many times before, but the April round was the most demoralizing that I've seen. Many people weren't good at their jobs, absolutely, but others were just too undeniably salaried. And either way, those left are having to pick up the pieces and management just has to tell them to suck it up, more than in previous rounds. It was hard enough to keep good people without paying them what they were worth, but now there's a steady stream of high performers giving up and leaving. What did you expect? This is just one of endless decisions presumably made to temporarily appease our parent equity firm, and which don't seem to care one bit about the longer term. The short-sightedness, and perhaps just cynicism, seems to be trickling down to lower and lower levels of management, too. For the first time, I feel like giving up and not caring about my work, too.

Thank you for your feedback! Greenway Health is dedicated to working towards improvement in healthcare. We are excited about our future and our place in the market; our carefully planned product road map will continue our success. Our CEO, Scott Zimmerman, is ready to lead the charge. He is taking the time to meet with individual contributors in focus groups at each of our large locations. This is a great time for our employees to share their concerns and discuss any road blocks that they may be facing. Our sales team works incredibly hard as the first face of Greenway Health to many providers. Our success as a company relies on their success out in the field. Ring the bell announcements allow the company to celebrate their (and ultimately our) success. We continue to be proud of their hard work! We have an open door policy and we encourage you to take advantage. Reach out to your manager with your concerns; ask the leadership team your questions! Call your talent management business partner and talk about what you feel needs improvement. We want to hear from you! Thanks again for taking the time to write a review.

Pros

Decent benefits, including unlimited PTO. Many of the individual contributors and lower-level team members are great to work with and genuinely care about doing good work.

Cons

Leadership is a major weakness. There is very limited career growth, compensation appears to be well below national and local market averages for similar technical roles, and bonus or compensation growth has been minimal. Strong work is often praised verbally but not meaningfully reflected in pay, advancement, or opportunity.
