Losing hope fast - Project Manager Greenway Health Employee Review

Thank you for your feedback. While we acknowledge having undertaken some difficult and at times challenging restructuring exercises prior to 2017, we have evolved through these processes and strengthened our position in the industry. We are now positioned to take on the challenge of working on a new state of the art platform to provide outstanding service to our customers. We agree that it is critical for our customer facing employees to have the tools and resources that they need to perform their jobs well. We recently conducted special training for all of our customer facing employees to ensure that they understood our plans for the platform and were able to respond to customer questions regarding this new product. Our recent announcements related to consolidating our operations into Tampa, FL, Carrollton GA and Alachua FL, will allow us to work more closely with each other to drive collaboration, to share subject matter expertise more openly and to drive speed in our organization. We are very excited about the number of employees who are relocating to one of these locations to continue with us on the journey.
